Some things can't be assembled from parts.Momchil Mihaylov is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director working across photography, graphic design, music, and visual identity. Known for theatre and concert posters, portrait photography, and a recognisable way of seeing people differently.
It all started in Kazanlak - the high school that opened his eyes to the world. Learning from prominent teachers, surrounded by photography, music, and drawing, those years in the Valley of Roses taught him to listen with his eyes and see with his ears - what would later become his personal motto. More than skills, that period shaped a taste for beauty and a way of being present in the world: a personal standard, quietly cultivated, that would define everything that followed.Formally trained at Miami Ad School in Photo design, with awards in poster design, copywriting, photography and drawing. His work has been exhibited in Bulgaria, Poland, Mexico, and Germany, and his photography has appeared on magazine covers and fashion publications.A musician long before he had a name for it - from early rock bands to club stages and festival hosting - he now records and performs as MOM.CHILL. Currently working on debut album in progress, expected early 2027.
As a cultural entrepreneur, he is currently developing ARTISTAS Creative Studios - a space where arts, culture, education, and innovation meet.

The future we pass by every dayComplete strangers I had just met for the very first time have told me that I can see the future.
I don’t know what they sensed in me to say that. What I do know is that whenever a stranger catches my attention - on the street, on a trolleybus - I can see their desires and dreams written across their face. I can feel their quiet energy.
I never really think about how I do it. Most of the time, we simply meet, and I invite them for a photoshoot.
On a summer day in 2023 Emo entered the studio as himself and left as someone he hadn’t met yet.
I let the light provoke the shadow. Minimal styling - a blazer and jewelry from my own wardrobe, dark lipstick, hair tied back, glasses off, gaze left to wander. No posing, no test shots, no pressure to rush - only his presence, my vision of him, and Time itself.
Every time I go through a session with someone who was, until recently, a complete stranger, I ask myself how little it really takes to cross our own limits - or the limits others place on us. Sometimes the key is simply an outside perspective and an unbiased lens.
The world is full of beautiful people. We might be happier if we looked out for one another more often. Personally, I’m grateful my intuition keeps my eyes curious.
Almost three years later, Emo now has his own band, plays guitar and drums, offers music mixing and mastering services, and is part of a major TV format set to air soon.I don’t know if I can see the future.
